Things You Need to Know
Each item will be sent after strict inspection. Generally, personal circumstances (such as not fit, dislike style, etc.) will not be returned.
Customers are also responsible for referring to the product size and other details before purchasing products.
If the goods are found to be seriously damaged, please contact our shop immediately.
Factors such as shooting light, camera or computer display may cause chromatic aberration. A slight difference between the actual object and the photo is normal.
The size table is only an estimate based on the paper sample and is for general reference only. Since custom-made clothes are hand-sewn and knitted fabrics are flexible, the size of the clothes cannot be guaranteed to be as accurate as the size table. As long as the size is within the deviation range (+/- 1.5cm), the clothes still meet the quality standards.
There is no return or exchange of special offers.
The return and exchange of the goods must be notified via facebook inbox or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt, and provide your name, order number, product name, reason for return, and photo of the problem product (if applicable) by email Provide the mailing number or document after confirming the return.
Goods must not be used, damaged, washed, and returned with all labels, accessories and original packaging.
Return and exchange of items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted, and all mailing procedures and risks must be borne by the buyer.
The returned product has been checked by our company. If the size exceeds the deviation range, the pattern is wrong, or is broken, the company is willing to make a new product of the same item and bear the postage. It will take 10-15 days.
Our shop reserves the final right of decision on returns and exchanges.
Refunds are only applicable to "out of stock after ordering" or "late delivery" (20 days have passed after confirming the order) or other special circumstances.
In the event of a refund, we will refund by Paypal, and Paypal will charge a 4.7% handling fee, which must be borne by the customer.
